A New York Latin Jazz and Salsa Information Website
This website is dedicated to the continued promotion and development of the Latin Jazz/Salsa music genre, its history, its music and the musicians and people that make up its constituency. It is intended to be an informational and educational forum, for all music enthusiasts, both young and old. This website, designed and mastered by Steve Pouchie and produced by Steve and Naomi Pouchie for the New York Latin Jazz Society Inc., was created in order to complement and append the public access cable music series entitled 'Latin Jazz - Alive n' Kickin', which airs on various channels throughout the New York metro area. It will hopefully allow the user to connect to other organizations and groups that are instrumental in the ongoing expansion of the Latin Jazz/Salsa audience worldwide. Any third party organizations, websites, web groups or artists that do not consent to appearing on this site, must simply email or contact us regarding their concerns, and the information or articles in question, will be amended or deleted without argument. This website is intended to connect the various elements that make up the Latin Jazz/Salsa genre, not hinder or harm it in any way. Finally, LatinJazzAlive.org is dedicated to the hard work of all musicians both past and present that, have contributed their talents to some of the most creative musical styles ever developed - Latin Jazz and Salsa.
