Oldtimers 2007
On this 2nd Sunday in July, which has always
marked the commencement of the Oldtimers Festival in New York, the event was
filled with many a friend and musician.
This year there were over 20,000 people and 150 vendors who helped pack the streets aligning 110th from Park to Fifth Avenue. Fans from all around the country make it every year to El Barrio in order to celebrate the legacy of Salsa that developed here. This footage was given courtesy of Ritmo Tropical.
