Willie Medina, a distinguished member of the East 111th Street
OldTimers Organization, has been putting together this directory of
Latin music programs broadcast on non-commercial FM stations in New
York City. Willie gives away his small directory wherever there is
a gathering of Latin music fans. Like many Latin DJ's at the stations
he lists, Medina does this "por amor al arte". Look for Willie at the
Sabro-Zone in Orchard Beach, and at latin music concerts around New
York City where he happily gives away his typewritten wallet - size
